Have you ever met people that never seem to have enough? It could be toys, it could be activities, it could be sports, it could be money. To them enough is never enough. There are those, I know, that the money they have is never enough. Some have enough money to pay for their needs, even enough for some fun, but it seems it’s never enough. They use every means to get more, maybe even cheating their own family. The Bible says in 1 Timothy 6:10 “for the love of money is the source of all kinds of evil” and in Proverbs 11: 28 it says “Those who depend on their wealth will fall like the leaves of autumn, but the righteous will prosper like the leaves of summer.” Money is a god to those people and that god will never save them. Whenever you’re driven to have more of one something, that something maybe a god to you! The God wants a relationship with us, and He’s won’t be in competition with any other gods. The Bible says you can’t serve two masters. Joshua said to choose who you will serve.
